I found Shelli's a' la mode blog on my friend Kelly's blog a while back. Shelli has amazing decor ideas and finds the best deals. I would LOVE to apply all her decorating tips to my house, but I'll just have to wait for now. I think you should check out her blog so you'll know what I mean.

I'm watching The Bachelorette right now. I can't even decide if I'm still interested in this show!! I know many of you feel the same way. I should probably just apply the time spent watching Ashley's romances to my own. I know Derrick would enjoy the extra attention. As a wife, I try to take notice of the time I spend watching television versus the time I spend with my husband. I forfeit time with him if I choose to tune into show after show after show. And if I save the shows for daytime, I forfeit time with Madeley or time I could be doing chores around the house. This must be why some choose to call it "trash tv" right? I haven't decided yet, but knowing I'm spending two hours watching something I'm "not sure" I like is unsettling. Now, I did watch Switched at Birth this morning. It was great! I should be reading my Bible in this spare time...
